This is an aged WWII Crusher with excellent condition wool (no moth nips, rips, snags, etc, to speak of).  This has the standard sized emblem found on most hats, and the leather shows a little more than average aging/wear.  The buckle area in the back is the worst spot, yet when displayed or worn, it is either never seen, or hardly seen, so it has been displayed for years.  It says 7 1/4, I wear 7 1/4 in a hat size, and it fits perfectly (no shrinking), so it is very wearable for re-enacting if desired.  Please see pictures for the most accurate condition, I took every view I could think of.  L
ooks like it has initials M ? S, as seen in the picture showing the size tag, but they are nearly faded completely.  I tried making heads or tails of who this could have belonged to, yet was never able to track down anything solid from the initials.
This is leaving my personal collection because I have too many hats from WWII and need to start letting some go.
