How it works:
】
After payment has been received WordPress will be installed on one of the servers (or renew your subscription), set up desired emails, provide instructions on how to point the name servers (or we can do this for you and/or send instructions*), and provide you with your login credentials. The setup process will take less than an hour, but due to propagation it may take between twenty-four to forty-eight hours for DNS information to update. (ie: for everything to work properly). This is something out of my hands.

Can the website be customized?
Yes, you'll be able to install any WordPress theme, edit the CSS, and add plugins to make the site your own. By default, the management tool is installed alongside my favorite free theme, oceanwp, which offers great customization.
Why list on eBay and not through your website? I’m
currently re-branding the name and logo. Once the site is relaunched the listing will remain on other platforms, but current customers will be redirected to the site for payment and support options.
Can I have a refund?
You can only request a refund for your WordPress hosting package within the first seven days payments have been received or within forty-eight hours if the terms of service, upload policy, and/or the code of conduct are updated.
What happens if I’m late on a payment?
There is a three-day grace period where your website will still be accessible. If payment is not received within the grace period, your website will be inaccessible to the public (you will still be able to sign in). Once payment has been received your website will be accessible to the public again. If you do not pay within fourteen days your website will be deleted from our server.
Can you configure plugin(s) or make changes to the theme?
With basic support I’m not able to assist in this way due to time constraints with work though I’d love to. Though in the very least I will try to steer you in the right direction for additional help. Further down the road additional services/team members may be made available.
