Weston Model 785 IndustrialCircuit Tester. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or surface parcel post. This item will ship without batteries.  It takes two; a 1.5v. D cell and a 15 volt alkaline battery ( Exell 411). The latter is available on the internet from the 'Prime" people. A copy of the users manual downloaded from the internet is also included. it runs 19 pages and includes the schematic.
This instrument is considered obsolete by todays standards but is very collectable with its nice wood housing. It basically measures voltages, current and resistance, like a modern VOM does, but it's more flexible  setting it up to include combined parameters as well as capacitive effects. I'd be keeping it, if it were not so big.  Test probes are included but the black (Negative) lead needs to be replaced. This is not a light weight instrument and I would encourage local pickup if possible.  I'm located in Ransomville,NY near Niagara Falls.
