Vintage Doll 15.5" EEGEE Co Doll 1963 Needs Lots of Love

This gal is not in the best of shape, and I have no idea if the clothes are actually original or not. She stands about 15.5" tall. She is marked with "EEGEE Co 1963"  Her hair is in rough shape, actually looks like some is missing, and the hair that is there, is not very manageable. Her head and arms are a rubber material, body and legs are plastic. I can't tell if she's actually missing eyelashes, or if they are just dirty. She definitely needs to be cleaned up, you can still her rosey checks, so I don't want to wash her and ruin that. Her fingers and toes all look good, no chew marks. She would be a wonderful vintage doll if someone has the skills to bring her back to life!
