    Description

    This is for a vintage 1960 20" Whimsies Wheeler the Dealer Doll.
    He has the original hang tag, collar, tie, and visor. One of the shoes is missing.
    The visor needs new elastic as the original has dried out.  There are cards up his sleeve, although they have been taped.
    Otherwise he is in remarkably good condition. The previous owners displayed him on a home bar.
