Vintage 1860s CDV Photo Unnamed Standing Civil War Union Soldier Uniform Kepi

Vintage 1860s Civil War Era Carte de Visite CDV Photo of an unnamed Civil War Union soldier wearing an Army jacket and a kepi hat - He is standing with his right arm on a studio column.
This man is unnamed and there is no photographer stamp nor location on the CDV.  However, this CDV was among many CDVs from New York state, so this soldier could possibly be from New York.
Bumping to corners and edges. Top and bottom edges were trimmed at one time. A little tear/lifting at the top and bottom and left side edges of the photo.  Smudging, brown spots and wear on the front and back. Please see all photos above for more details.
EBAY is written in blue on the photos above but not on the actual CDV photo. Item comes from a smoke free location.
