Map, outline handcolor, dissected into 32 panels and mounted on linen, 28 x 40 1/4 inches folding into color pictorial cover label on cloth covered boards (7 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches) as issued. A few light pencil notations, linen is still strong with no splits or fraying, very bright good condition. A handsome folding map, showing Turkey, Persia, Syria, Iraq, the Northeastern edge of Egypt, Trans-Jordan, Kuwait and the Persian Gulf, and covers the area from coordinates 28 to 41 degrees north and 26 to 53 degrees east. Scale 1:2,500,000.
