This Seymour AV projection screen is in excellent condition. No visible rips or marks. The velvet coating does have some marks and indentations visible in normal room lighting conditions,  but none once the lights are off.
The Center Stage UF screen is
acoustically transparent, sound is designed to travel though the screen, ideal for hiding speakers behind it.
This is the H100 Precision Economical 16:9 Seymour AV frame. The top and bottom parts are split in two to aid in shipping. See photos.
