Tiny split at two fold intersections plus a 1/8 inch paper loss at another fold intersection (not affecting the map), short edge split at one fold; overall very good condition. Map features pictographs of key buildings and bridges and includes a listing of Points of Interest, Hotels, Theatres, and Principal Steam Lines in left margin. The covers feature a particularly attractive two-panel illustration by Stephen Voorhies.
