Description
An interesting CDV of a seated man with an odd sash / scarf /vestment (stars, and medal?).Could be fraternal order or Grand Army of the Republic (GAR)? Interesting research project.
On the reverse is penciled "1869" so, post-Civil War in all likelihood.
No other markings.
Some wear, soiling on card. Please examine photos carefully.
