    We will only take returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items as we guarantee you will receive a properly working keyboard. We will not take returns for set up, configuration, software, driver, firmware or OS compatibility related issues. We offer no post sale support or installation assistance. Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility. Buyer must notify seller within 7 days of receipt of an item with any issues in order to be eligible for return or exchange to be considered. In the event that an issue warrants a return/exchange, buyer must return the item in original shipping condition with all parts and packaging.
