    Just beautiful arrangement of shells and starfish in the shape of a heart .Titled Sea of Love . Signed by artist Teresa Downer . Frame measures 16.5 x 12.5 inches . Actual opening for artwork is 9.5 x 7.5 inches . The frame choice , although clean and visually attractive was a poor choice as it is mdf and has suffered chipping on two corners. I filled in with matching paint...(see photo ) . Nobody would notice from afar , but you may want to reframe someday . I found a similar piece online , though larger that sold for 5.00 . I estimate that this one was at least 0.00 .
