the pair
i just love the bunnykins series (introduced to it in downsizing mom's stuff. they are just adorable.) a nice touch is that there are 3 scenes total (not identical). the cup has 2 scenes—a different one on each side: one of an icicle tricycle ice cream bicycle with the family clamoring for ice cream. the other side has a back packer/hiker/hitch hiker take a break with an ice cream cone. the bowl has an ice cream cart paletero with a lower key family members waiting to get some.
the cup is single-handled. it is slightly flared at the rim that has a diameter of 3 1/2". the cup is 4 1/2" from outside handle to outside of the opposite side. it is 3" tall. the bowl is 5 3/4" in diameter and the rim is 2" from the surface on which the bowl rests.
i can find no issues with the pair. only ever displayed. according to potteryhistories.com/doulton%20backstamps.html, the base mark on the cup and dish puts them both at 1930–1993 (though the bowl offers the precise date of 1988). the cup has this information on its base:
