A vintage rule book from a large collection of New York Central & Hudson River Railroad ephemera. With several "Rutland RR Co." ink stamps, a lined out title page and with various slips of rewritten text pasted in for certain numbered rules, the Rutland Railroad appropriated this rule book for its own use.
